Horcrux Theory

In Harry Potter and the Chamber of secrets, it is written that while Harry is fighting the basilisk, he is stabbed with one of it's fangs.

Then later on in the series it is introduced that Harry is an unintentional horcrux of Voldemort's, and Hermione says that a horcrux can only be destroyed by something beyond magic repair.

The trio (Harry, Ron and Hermione), discover that basilisk venom can destroy the Horcruxes, so they use a fang from the basilisk to destroy some of the Horcruxes (because there are seven of them).

Then why didn't the fang in Chamber of secrets destroy the horcrux inside of Harry?

My theory is:

In Chamber of secrets the wound which is caused by the fang in Harry's arm is healed by Dumbledore's phoenix's tears. Hermione states later in the series that basilisk venom has only one antidote: Phoenix tears. So does that mean the horcrux inside Harry was healed?

Romulus and Remus

Romulus and Remus were twins left to die when they were babies. They were taken care of by a mother wolf who fed them her milk. Later when they were older they started to build the city of Rome, Romulus killed Remus after a quarrel they had for who shall be the ruler of Rome.

What if J.K.Rowing based the character Remus Lupin off of this legend?

Firstly, His name. Remus from the legend and Remus Lupin have the same names. This is probably just a coincidence, but it could have been planed.

Secondly, Remus dies after having a quarrel with Romulus, Remus Lupin dies during the battle of Hogwarts. A quarrel is a argument, an argument leads to fight and a fight can lead to a battle. So Remus form the legend may have had a battle with Romulus about who shall be the ruler of Rome.

Thirdly, Code-names. In Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Ron listens to a radio station called Potterwatch. On the station the characters have code-names so no one knows who they are, for example the character Kingsley Shacklebot's code-name is Royal. Remus Lupin's code-name is Romulus.

Fourthly, His patronus. Romulus and Remus were looked after by a mother wolf, Remus Lupin's patronus is a wolf.
